Every home includes 9-foot ceilings, in-unit GE washer and dryer, central air conditioning, light gray quartz countertops, stainless-steel GE appliances, soft-close cabinetry, gray wood-style luxury vinyl plank flooring, deep single-basin kitchen sinks with gooseneck pull-down faucets, subway tile backsplash, USB outlets in the kitchen, brushed nickel hardware, and wood-style blinds.

What upgraded features are available in select homes?

Select residences include kitchen islands with bar seating, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, double vanity sinks, walk-in showers with glass doors, Nest smart thermostats, kitchen pantries, glass top stoves, balconies or Juliette balconies, and views of downtown Cincinnati. Two distinct finish packages are available — dark brown or off-white wood grain cabinetry.

Are the apartments cable and internet ready?

Yes. RiverHaus is wired for Spectrum high-speed internet and cable. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the community common areas.

What amenities does RiverHaus offer?

RiverHaus features a heated saltwater resort-style pool with a poolside sundeck and cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, a spin studio with on-demand virtual classes, a rooftop lounge, an outdoor courtyard with fireside seating, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, a resident clubroom with a demonstration kitchen, a game room with billiards and giant Scrabble, an on-site dog park, a pet spa, indoor bike storage, elevator access, package lockers, valet trash, and on-site dining at CK KITCHEN.

Is there a fitness center on-site?

Yes. RiverHaus has a 24-hour fitness center plus a separate spin studio with on-demand virtual classes — accessible to residents anytime.

Are there workspaces for remote work?

Yes. RiverHaus offers a business center with co-working spaces and Wi-Fi access throughout common areas, designed for residents who work from home or need a focused space outside the apartment.

Is RiverHaus a smoke-free community?

Yes. RiverHaus is a smoke-free community throughout all apartment homes and common areas.

Pet Policy

Is RiverHaus pet-friendly?

Yes. RiverHaus welcomes both cats and dogs. Pet rent is per month for one pet or two pets, with a non-refundable pet fee per apartment home. Registered Service Animals are at no additional fee, with proper paperwork. Contact the leasing office for additional details.

Are there breed or weight restrictions?

There is no weight limit for pets. Breed restrictions do apply, including but not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Akita, Wolf hybrids, and any mix thereof. This list may change without prior notice. Assistance animals are exempt from breed restrictions and fees.

What pet amenities are available on-site?

RiverHaus offers an on-site dog park and a pet spa for residents and their pets.

Parking & Transportation

Does RiverHaus offer resident parking?

Yes, RiverHaus offers covered, attached private garage parking for residents at an additional monthly fee.

Is guest parking available?

Yes. Street parking is available throughout MainStrasse Village for guests visiting RiverHaus. Additionally, there is a public level of the garage that is available for a fee.

Is there bike storage?

Yes. RiverHaus offers indoor bike storage within the building, secured for resident use.

Pricing, Fees & Lease Terms

What is the application process and what fees apply?

Application fee per applicant, due at application. A one-time administrative fee is due at move-in, charged per apartment home. Both fees are non-refundable.

Are utilities included in rent?

Utilities are not included in rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for electricity, water, internet, and cable directly with the providers. Valet trash pickup and recycling are included as a community service.

What lease terms are available?

6-18 month lease options are available. Leases shorter than 12 months are subject to additional fees. Please contact the office for more details.

Does RiverHaus offer a Preferred Employer Program?

Yes. RiverHaus offers a Preferred Employer Program for employees of partner companies. Preferred Employers will receive waived Lease Admin fees. Contact the leasing office to find out if your employer qualifies.

Does RiverHaus offer benefits for military service members?

Yes. RiverHaus participates in the Village Green Stars & Stripes Military Rewards Program for active-duty service members and veterans. Benefits include no security deposit for qualifying applicants, no lease administration fee, no short-term fees, and no lease termination fees for active-duty service members who receive qualifying orders. The standard application fee still applies. Contact the leasing office to learn more and get started.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. All residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000 throughout their lease. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Building Details & Management

When was RiverHaus built and how many apartment homes does the community have?

RiverHaus was completed in 2019 and is a 4-story building with 192 apartment homes.

Is RiverHaus a secure building?

Yes. RiverHaus is a controlled-access community with key fob entry at all building entrances. The community also features a package locker system for secure deliveries.

Who manages RiverHaus?

As of late Spring 2026, RiverHaus is professionally managed by Village Green, a multifamily property management company with on-site teams across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. The RiverHaus team includes a community manager, leasing professionals, and a maintenance team, with 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance available to residents.

How do I submit a service request or maintenance issue?

Residents can submit service requests through the online resident portal at any time. RiverHaus has an on-site maintenance team and 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance for urgent after-hours issues.
