RiverHaus is steps from MainStrasse Village’s restaurants, boutiques, and seasonal festivals — Oktoberfest, Maifest, Mardi Gras, and the First Friday Gallery Hop. Residents are within walking distance or a short drive of Goebel Park, the Carroll Chimes Bell Tower, the John G. & Phyllis W. Smale Riverfront Park, the Newport Aquarium, and the OMNIMAX Theater.
RiverHaus offers direct access to I-71/I-75 and the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge, putting downtown Cincinnati about 5 minutes away by car. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is approximately 25 minutes from the community.

RiverHaus is part of the Covington Independent Public Schools district. Students living at RiverHaus are assigned to:

Pet Policy

Yes. RiverHaus welcomes both cats and dogs. Pet rent is per month for one pet or two pets, with a non-refundable pet fee per apartment home.
Where is no weight limit for pets. Breed restrictions do apply, including but not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Akita, Wolf hybrids, and any mix thereof. This list may change without prior notice. Assistance animals are exempt from breed restrictions and fees.
RiverHaus offers an on-site dog park and a pet spa for residents and their pets.

Parking & Transportation

Yes, RiverHaus offers covered, attached private garage parking for residents at an additional monthly fee.
Yes. Street parking is available throughout MainStrasse Village for guests visiting RiverHaus. Additionally, there is a public level of the garage that is available for a fee.
Yes. RiverHaus offers indoor bike storage within the building, secured for resident use.

Pricing, Fees & Lease Terms

Application fee per applicant, due at application. A one-time administrative fee is due at move-in, charged per apartment home. Both fees are non-refundable.
Utilities are not included in rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for electricity, water, internet, and cable directly with the providers. Valet trash pickup and recycling are included as a community service.
RiverHaus offers flexible lease terms including 4-14 month leases. Short-term leases are available, subject to availability, for the following additional fees: 4-5 Months 15% above market rent, 6-8 Months 10% above market rent, 9-11 Months 5% above market rent.
Yes. RiverHaus offers a Preferred Employer Program for employees of partner companies. Preferred Employers will receive waived Lease Admin fees. Contact the leasing office to find out if your employer qualifies.
Yes. RiverHaus participates in the Village Green Stars & Stripes Military Rewards Program for active-duty service members and veterans. Benefits include no security deposit for qualifying applicants, no lease administration fee, no short-term fees, and no lease termination fees for active-duty service members who receive qualifying orders. The standard application fee still applies. Contact the leasing office to learn more and get started.
Yes. All residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000 throughout their lease. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Building Details & Management

RiverHaus was completed in 2019 and is a 4-story building with 192 apartment homes.
Yes. RiverHaus is a controlled-access community with key fob entry at all building entrances. The community also features a package locker system for secure deliveries.
RiverHaus is professionally managed by Village Green, a multifamily property management company with on-site teams across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. The RiverHaus team includes a community manager, leasing professionals, and a maintenance team, with 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance available to residents.
